Biofeedback uses non-invasive devices to measure how effective your relaxation interventions are and can then also guide you to learn how to control your body’s stress responses. This can help to mediate or diminish the anxiety related symptoms such as: migraine and tension headaches, stress, irritable bowel syndrome, Raynaud syndrome, ADHD, focusing issues, insomnia, tinnitus, high blood pressure and more.

Biofeedback is a process that enables you to learn how to change physiological activity for the purpose of improving your health and performance. Precise instruments measure physiological activity such as brainwaves, heart function, breathing, muscle activity, and skin temperature. These instruments rapidly and accurately “feed back” information to you. The presentation of this information - often in conjunction with changes in thinking, emotions, and behavior - supports desired physiological changes. Over time, these changes can endure without continued used of an instrument.
