What is Employee Burnout?

Employee burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged and excessive stress at work. It is characterized by a feeling of detachment, cynicism, and a sense of ineffectiveness or lack of accomplishment in one's job.

We lead engaging 60 minute educational sessions on managing stress, building resilience, finding work-life balance, recognizing and reducing burnout, and more. Employees gain actionable skills to prevent burnout and nourish mental health. These sessions are lead by one of our Licensed Mental Health Providers and can accomodate an unlimited number of participants.

Workshops and “Lunch n’ Learns”

One or more of our Licensed Mental Health Providers will lead 45-60 minute group sessions with 10-15 staff members working toward specific goals such as managing stress, fostering effective communication, finding work-life balance, burnout recognition and prevention and more. Focus Groups

One or more of our Licensed Mental Health Providers will create an in person or virtual schedule for your staff or leadership to sign up for 30–45-minute Therapeutic Coaching sessions in order to directly address their specific needs in a confidential space.   • This multilayered program focuses on education your employees and team leaders on understanding burnout and its causes, how to identify the signs of burnout in themselves as well as those they lead, and provides the tools they will need to reduce burnout and maintain a healther work lifestyle. We can also work with leadership on providing long lasting solutions to promote a healthier work space for optimal organizational functioning.

  • In this workshop and.or focus group(s) you and your employees will develop key insights into the body’s stress responses as well as evidence based strategies for stress reduction and management. Focus groups with a Licensed Mental Health Provider will give your team the platform they need to overcome work stress challenges and become more focused and productive than ever before!

  • Through yoga and meditation your team will find their center, feel grounded, and feel even more ready to face the challenges of their day from a stress-free headspace. They will be ready to create solutions, tackle challenges and be inovative!

  • Having an understanding of mental health issues and how to go about getting the support you need is equally as important as recognizing the signs of physical illness. Mentally well employees do not call out as often, they are physically healthier, they are more focused, they are motivated and they are significantly more likely to remain loyal to the company they work for.

  • Working from home comes with unique challenges when it comes to maintaining work-life balance. Without the clear physical separation between home and office spaces, it can be difficult to "log off" at the end of the workday. This constant connection can lead to poor boundaries, burnout, and a lack of self-care.

    In this 60-minute virtual workshop, we will discuss best practices for setting healthy emotional, physical, and communication boundaries when telecommuting. Through research-backed tips and thoughtful group discussion, we will cover themes like:

    • The common struggles faced by remote employees in separating work from personal time

    • Crafting an "ideal day" schedule with clear designated work hours

    • Mitigating unhelpful expectations from colleagues about availability

    • Establishing tech-free zones at home to allow space to recharge

    • Tactfully communicating availability preferences with co-workers

    • Learning when and how to flexibly say "no"

    Attendees will leave this session with an actionable plan for upholding boundaries that honor personal health and self-care while working productively from their remote environment. The ultimate goal is for participants to feel empowered in finding more harmony between their professional and personal lives.

  • Lead by certified practitioners, our mindfulness in the workplace workshops teach techniques to help employees reduce stress, improve focus, and increase productivity. Through guided meditations, mindful movement, and group discussions, participants will learn to be more present and less reactive in meetings while handling daily tasks.

  • Through these Focus Groups and Coaching sessions, we provide leaders with tools and exercises to foster employee engagement. Leaders will learn communication techniques to connect with employees, methods for understanding employee needs, and strategies to promote teamwork and involvement. Leaders will leave with an action plan to implement engagement initiatives.

  • Through smaller group meetings, we consult with leaders to connect their organization's purpose to strategies that motivate and inspire employees. We examine the organization's mission and values, assist leaders in articulating a compelling purpose, and provide tools to align leadership, culture, and employee engagement with that purpose.

  • Through these workshops, we help organizations start and support affinity groups that bring together employees with shared cultural identities, backgrounds, or interests. Participants will learn best practices for launching inclusive groups, developing cultural awareness, and leveraging diverse perspectives. The goal is to foster community, enhance cross-cultural relationships, and promote belonging.
