Jemimah Bulos MHC-LP

Hi! I’m Jem! (she/her/hers)

As a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I aspire to provide support, insight, and guidance that respects and values your ethnicity, culture, identity, and beliefs. I will listen carefully and help you process your feelings, experiences, and thoughts. We will collaborate and co-create a safe space to define your needs and steps to reach your goals. As a result of our therapeutic work together, I hope you know your value, learn to connect with yourself and others with compassion and curiosity, and live a meaningful life.

My experience includes working with marginalized groups, Veterans, healthcare practitioners, individuals with disabilities, and students of all ages. I’ve worked in various settings, from schools and community spaces to private practices.

I earned a Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University in NY and multiple certifications in trauma-informed therapeutic approaches. These approaches utilize expressive arts, narrative story, mindfulness, and body-centered practices. I have training on racial and trauma healing as well as Emotionally Healthy Spirituality/Relationships.

In my free time, I enjoy being in nature, traveling, eating delicious food, dancing, photography, visiting museums, and participating in community events with my husband, dogs, family, and friends.

I look forward to meeting you!
